1. Services
Kova Web Design provides website design, development, and related digital services.
2. Payments
Projects require and upfront payemnt of $1099 unless otherwise agreed.
Ongoing services are billed at $199/month.
Payments must be made on time to maintain active service.
3. Revisions
We include reasonable revisions during the build process. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.
4. Turnaround Time
Typical website delivery is within a few days to one week, depending on project scope and client responsiveness.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
6. No Guarantees
While we aim to build high-performing websites, we do not guarantee specific business results such as increased revenue or leads.
7. Ongoing Services
Monthly plans include maintenance, updates, and support as outlined in your selected plan. Scope is limited to reasonable requests and does not include full redesigns unless otherwise agreed.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not made.
